Frequently asked questions

How do I book a provider?

Search or browse by category, open a profile, and use the Message button to check availability. Once you agree on details, your provider will let you know how to confirm and pay.

Is my payment protected?

Vendor membership payments are processed through established UK-compliant payment methods — card, PayPal, and Direct Debit via GoCardless.

Why can't I see a provider's phone number?

Providers on our free Starter plan keep their phone number private and are reachable by message only. Pro and Featured providers display a phone number on their profile.

How do I list my services?

Create a free account from the "List your services" button, choose a plan, add your photos and details, and you're ready to appear in search once an admin approves your listing.

How do reviews work?

Clients can leave a review after messaging a provider. Reviews are shown publicly on Pro and Featured profiles; Starter profiles keep reviews private until they upgrade.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes — you can downgrade to the free Starter plan at any time from your Vendor dashboard.
