1. Using Moikom

Moikom is a marketplace connecting event planners ("Clients") with entertainers, speakers and event professionals ("Vendors"). We facilitate discovery and messaging — bookings and payments for services are agreed directly between Clients and Vendors, outside of Moikom, unless stated otherwise.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information on your profile. Vendor listings are reviewed before appearing in search and may be removed if found to be misleading or fraudulent.

3. Membership plans

Vendor plans (Starter, Pro, Featured) are billed as described on our Plans page. Plans can be changed at any time from your dashboard.

4. Conduct

Don't use Moikom to harass other users, post false information, or attempt to circumvent our review process. Accounts found doing so may be suspended.

5. Liability

Moikom is not a party to bookings made between Clients and Vendors and isn't liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Vendors listed on the platform.
