How Moikom Verifies Every Provider

2 Jun 2026

Every provider on Moikom goes through a review before their profile appears in search. It's a simple step, but it matters — it's the difference between a marketplace and an open noticeboard.

What we check

  • The basics are filled in properly — a real business name, a working contact email, and a genuine description of what they offer.
  • Photos and any video actually represent the provider's own work.
  • The category and city listed make sense for what's being described.

New vendor signups sit in a pending state until an admin has looked over the profile. Only once it passes review does it go live and become bookable.

Why this matters for clients

When you're booking entertainment or services for an event — often a one-off, high-stakes occasion like a wedding or a big company party — you want some confidence that the person on the other end of the message is who they say they are. Manual review isn't glamorous, but it's the most reliable way we know to keep that bar in place as the platform grows.

Why this matters for providers

A reviewed marketplace is a better one to be listed in. It keeps the quality of the platform up, which is good for everyone who's genuinely running a real event business.
